rats on their own but eventually called me because their

for this. Bait selection, trap selection and placement and an

I manipulate the trigger arms of my traps to the point that
they are on a "hair trigger". This image exemplifies that most
times the rats never actually eat any of the bait.
Here is a good example of a "Rat Trail". Rats usually use the
same pathways over and over again and eventually this is
what their trail looks like.
Take a close look at the end cap of this ridge vent. The rats
have easily chewed right through it and gained access to the
attic. I will animal/rat proof this area to prevent this from
happening again, GUARANTEED!!!
Rats will also enter a building through any sewer or drain
vent pipe. My rat proofing services will usually include
attaching galvanized screening over all sewer vent pipes to
prevent rats from gaining access in these vulnerable areas
