As a Field Technician with Absolute Wildlife Control some of
your duties and responsibilities will include:
Trapping & relocating a variety of animals from raccoons to rats. (it is common to
be on roofs and in attics)
Locating and sealing off the openings to prevent re-entry.
Customer Accounts - Scheduling visits, performing site inspections, offering
service recommendations, making sales, maintaining and servicing client accounts,
communicating daily with clients, and following up on jobs through to completion.
Equipment - Maintenance and cleaning of vehicle, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
We expect our professionalism and appearance to always be maintained. You
are responsible for all inventory assigned to you.
Documentation - You will be responsible for taking proper and detailed notes on
all accounts daily, as well as properly completing all forms associated with service.
Submit regular payroll reports and job status reports weekly.
Professionalism - You must be responsible for the way you present yourself.
Maintain good appearance at all times. Wear proper uniform that is clean and not
damaged. Your equipment, such as your truck, must also be neat, clean, and
organized at all times. Your attitude and demeanor with customers must always
be kind and professional, and constant communication with clients, especially if
you're running late or there is a change in your day, is important.
